If North are OK for Brazel to play then he can play for PAOC provided he has played 25 games senior/junior games for them previously. PlayHQ says he has played 19 games for PAOC but I assume he went to school at PAC so qualifies based on junior games added to that tally. No way Parky would make an error with the application of this rule so I'm sure he is eligible to play for the Reds this week.

Was close to leaving at end of the year. Recruiting another forward in the off season didn't help.

Doesn't work that way in the womens divisions but it might in the mens.

If that was the case, wouldn't he have transferred and thus not appeared as a special permit player?
