Is he maybe too invested in the game?
So therefore independent doctors (with footy/elite sport experience) should be supplied by the AFL.

Are there any other Port supporters on here that dislike Davies? I can't stand the guy, he just comes across as a really arrogant wanker.

Heard Bits of Kochie this morning and was rather dismissive of the claims made by Sam's partnerMW wrote:Fox running a story on how Port managed Sam Mayes concussions both during games in SANFL and selecting him to play AFL when concussed where Mayes had to pull out himself.
His symptoms and on going issues are worrying

In every press conference he does for Port to me he comes across as if he doesn't want to be there/ doesn't have the time to talk to the media/ thinks he's too good to be there.Booney wrote:The Dark Knight wrote:I listened to the press conference yesterday and found his answers quite awkward.

He's not particularly likeable, however he doesn't get paid for me to like him. Having said that, it's time some of those senior positions within the club changed.

Surely each state would have its own doctors so it would essentially be 4-5 hours once a week.
Probably some afl doctors training sessions/seminars etc.
Many doctors do extra ciricullum work on top of their day job.

I’d suggest it’s far more hours than that. If you get a chance listen to what Healy had to say. Reality and perception are a long way apart.
