After Jason McCartney's exit from the game any retirement match will be insignificant, that chugged me up like no sporting moment has ever done.

I think the Hawks win their last 3 & make finals. They’ll take Freo’s place. No other changes.

Not like me but surely Freo v Port deserves a better time slot and Collingwood v Melbourne a worse time slot!
Or is it to fit in with Collingwood and Melbourne's flights out to Bali the day after?

And thanks AFL for clashing Geelong's game with North Adelaide's last game of the year, for god's sake get your priorities right!

All to do with wanting the games on the Sunday to be the ones with the bigger ramifications for the top 8. People will watch Friday night footy regardless of who is playing

Fair call and suits me as I'm usually out on a Friday night and home Sunday I s'pose.
But using that theory they'd have the worst game on every Friday night.

Melbourne v Collingwood, MCG, 7.40pm AEST - Dead rubber
Geelong v West Coast, GMHBA Stadium, 1.45pm AEST - Only interest is Geelong top 4
Richmond v Gold Coast, MCG, 2.10pm AEST - Dead rubber
Hawthorn v North Melbourne, UTAS Stadium, 4.35pm AEST - Final 8 spot potential
Brisbane v Essendon, Gabba, 7.25pm AEST - Top spot and final 8 spot potential
Sydney v Adelaide, SCG, 7.40pm AEST - Top spot potentially on the line
Western Bulldogs v Greater Western Sydney, Mars Stadium, 12.30pm AEST - Potentially a top 4 battle
Carlton v St Kilda, Marvel Stadium, 3.20pm AEST - Potentially a final 8 spot for Carlton on the line
Fremantle v Port Adelaide, Optus Stadium, 4.10pm AWST - Potentially a top 4 battle

I'd have played Bris v Ess Sunday and moved Carlton v St Kilda to Saturday night to make all 3 Sunday games thrillers.

Two of the Sunday games could decide a top 4 spot, no wonder the AFL kept them until last.
If you want to go quickly, go alone.

If you want to go far, go together.
