Entertainment Centre can hold a bit over 11,000 and then to Adelaide Oval you'd probably need 40,000+ to break even. Big gap if you don't think you can fill AO or it's risking multiple Enter Centre shows and they don't all sell out.

Memorial Drive is only 7000 now.
Would Coopers Stadium at Hindmarsh get 25000?

Only been there for 3 shows and completely forgot about it!

26,000.

Coopers stadium is great for concerts but they need to have more bars and toilets outside/around the oval

Saw Midnight Oil outside Adelaide Oval out the back on the green.
Not sure how many fit in there?

Or even Memorial drive as I’ve seen a couple of bands play there

Katy's concerts were never going to be outside in June.

THis is how I think it happened -

Promoter - I need a better deal to bring it Adelaide

Govt' - Not happening, we are standing firm and spend enough on Gather Round and LIV etc

Promoter - Announces without Adelaide

Gov't - Embarrassed but sees an opportunity to be the good guy, cuts a deal and 4 nights are booked, makes sure Mali gets the media moment at the GF.

Everyone wins, Gov't saves face but also gets praised, Promoter gets the right deal to make their $'s

Every morning when I get to work I go and say hi to all of my employees and conduct a bit of an unofficial welfare check, this morning when I asked one bloke how everything is going his reply was "tickety-boo". He said it with a big smile on his face so I took it as though things are going well.

He kind of reminds me a 6 foot 5 Wiggle.
