Got my games mixed up. New it was early in his career for some reason my brain remembers it 'being a thing'.

Sri Lanka had horrendously slow and low spinners that the only way any Australian got out was through their own lack of concentration. Australia on the other hand had blokes ripping it down faster and asking questions of the batsmen. I was asked the question when was the last time any touring side in a Test featuring Australia put up 650 in their first innings of a series either home or away? I can’t remember an Australian side or any touring side doing it without checking the records.

Congrats to Josh Inglis for his debut ton- magnificent batting to watch- I didnt know he was that good
Josh ended up with a brilliant 102 off 94 balls
Means he made his ton in less than 94 balls
Question
Is that the fastest debut ton for a number of balls faced in Test Cricket ?
