Watson deserved to miss that, one of those players you love to hate, shouldn’t get those high tackles

Great game. Lots of mistakes but not completely ruined by the umpires.

Great game to watch as a neutral
Some observations
1. Sicily having a shocking year
2. Why not put Danger in the guts for a while in the 3rd or 4th quarter?
3. Why was Danger sitting on the bench with 5 minutes to go?
4. Someone needs to take one for 99.99% of Australia by making Watson think twice about milking the head high ever again
5. Pretty easy choice which De Koning is the better player is
6. I’ve never liked Stengle because of some of his antics here. Now forgiven
7. Bailey Smith: WOW. How many players come alive with a coach that lets them play
8. Love watching Weddle

Plenty of errors but that was a real pressure game from 2 top 4 sides.

This one irks me in modern day footy. Surely you get your best players on for the last 5 but sadly I'm going to guess that the computer system technology that is attached to the bench used to monitor energy levels may have suggested he required a longer rest therefore remained on the bench.

The AFL tipping site one starts next week

I’ve got 1 tip right so far, Essendon. I took them as my knockout at the pub & on SEN Survivor. There were 2239 left this week, I reckon Richmond will wipe 1500+ out…

Only 479 remain…

& they are still doing the "kick a goal / off for a rest" - that irks me more

How about "miss an easy target with hand or foot / off for a rest & bollocking or better still; a $5,000 fine"
Maybe the potential of losing $20,000 per game might help some players.
