Well I’d say he’s done his job to what the fans voted him on the board to do and begun to get things sorted.

Fans voted him in to put pressure on the head coaching position, put pressure and challenge the footy department as well as Koch which I know for a fact he has done as well.

Take personal views out of all of this and his tenure on the board has been a success to what he was voted in to do.

I 100% disagree with this.

He has really done nothing with the coaching role when Ken is still there and nothing has improved, if anything things have gone backwards.

I’m not intending that to be critical just because of my dislike of Port, it’s how I see it.
Hinkley has received zero contract extensions since Tredrea joined the board. You think that's not an improvement? Look again.
If you want to go quickly, go alone.

If you want to go far, go together.

He wasn’t receiving one even if WT didn’t go on the board

Could even say WT has failed as his initial priority was to remove Ken ASAP

Their onfield performance and results have deteriorated since WT joined the board.

Also facts.

If he had been reappointed the place would have been rioted.

Coaches have been smashed in the past but Ken has probably coped hire in the past two years than any other coach. No way would the members and fans taken an extension including yourself

Mate, he'd been resigned twice when it wasn't worthy.

If it was up to Koch, Ken would have got an extension for reaching a prelim last year

As i mentioned earlier, the below is what he was voted on to do.

Fans voted him in to put pressure on the head coaching position, put pressure and challenge the footy department as well as Koch which I know for a fact he has done as well.

He was 100% the catalyst behind Hinkley being moved on. If Carr ends up being no good, then that is on Tredrea as well which I can cop in a few years time even though JC was set up to be the next coach before Tredrea was on the board (another Koch masterstroke). I am sure Tredrea is a supporter of it though so he can take responsibility for that in the long run whether it turns out good or bad.

I've met the bloke multiple times and not a fan of him personally, but taking the personal aspect out of it, like i said, he has achieved what he was elected to do.

So his only job as football director was to put pressure on Ken, the football department and Koch?

Results have gone backwards in football…. But he’s done his job.

Where do I sign up for that gig.

If we were to get to 10 wins this season, we would have won the same amount of games with him on the board for 2 season as we had the 2 seasons prior, So what determines the results going backwards?

Am i and other members happy with the current positon we are in on the ladder, of course not. But people are looking at this way to single mindedly

Not sure, Koch & the footy department had gotten extremely cosy prior to WT being elected so being sinical then I would say yes. Ken knew as soon as WT was elected that his positon was in trouble.
