Watching C7. Watson received a TV as the MVP.

Surely that is not a considered best on ground.

For sure Collingwood were way below their best tonight. Thought Hawthorn used the ball very well and defended very well.

A nine day break for Collingwood will see them better.
9 day break v Crows flying back from Perth on Sunday night with 6 day break. Make it make sense.
Crows presumably flying back on the overnight. So won't get to sleep in their beds until Monday night.
No flights back after 5 on Sundays so they will stay overnight in Perth I’d imagine as I can’t see a charter flight listed for Sunday

Going to check the betting agencies out, surely someone is offering Jezza to double our score on his own tonight.
Has shades of the Dees in 2011 at Pork barrel park.
Jezza might move into the 90’s tonight :)

Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

I reckon the best they can hope for is upsetting someone in September but on current form they're gone.

What the hell has happened to Darcy Moore? He's dropped off a cliff.

Never realised how important Flopsy Murphy was to Moore's game, Moore made Lloyd Meek look like the second coming of Simon Madden last night.

I think it was Collingwood being really poor, their defense was as bad as I’ve seen and that’s probably because Howe went down.

They can’t have Mitchell and Long in the same team and both have no other position to play. They basically play a man down as both don’t play any sort of defense.

Howe going down meant one of the Daicos lads had to go back.

I'm surprised Mitchell got a recall, his disposal was woeful against Richmond.

Mitchell would challenge Libba snr, Priddis and Woewodin as the worst players to win a Brownlow in the AFL era.

Dunstall with 145 goals a bit unlucky that year.

I did consider adding him, but he won a B&F and was AA the year he won the Brownlow.

For argument's sake:
Libba (1990 Browlow) - 1 B&F (1991), no AA teams.
Wynd (1991) - 1 B&F (1991), 1 AA (1991).
Woewodin (2000) - 1 B&F (2000), no AA.
Priddis (2015) - 1 B&F (2013), 1 AA (2015)
Mitchell (2018) - 3 B&F (2017, 18, 21), 2 AA (2017, 18)

Mitchell probably stiff to be lumped in this list, based on what he's achieved, but there's no way you'd look at him now and think he's a former B&F winner, let alone a Brownlow medalist

Could probably add Cooney to this list as well, .just the sole AA the year he won and no B&Fs.

He was the best intercept defender in the game 2 years ago, he seems to have lost all confidence

I was at the Anzac Day game in 2023 and I could have sworn there were two number 30s on the field for Collingwood, such was his ability to cut the ball off time and time again.

That tap to Watson in the first quarter was just mindblowingly dumb.

Never liked him … smug, thinks he’s the smartest person in the room, look at me, look at me, downhill skier.

A spud who played above himself for a while, but can’t pull that off forever.

Comes from good stock, his dad was an absolute champion.
