Unless you’re under the age of 10 why would you cut it into fours?

One rectangle, one square, two triangles.

Cut 1 - across the middle.
Cut 2 - one rectangle in half.
Cut 3 - one square diagonally.

The lovely ladies from the CWA at the Quorn Cup had the beef and mustard pickle, curried egg, fritz and sauce and the ham, cheese and gherkin sandwiches cut into fours and they were spectacular.

4 triangles - fairy bread
2 triangles - toasted braised steak & onion sandwiches
2 rectangles - silverside with hot English mustard sandwiches
