Do the Crows play all three anticipated emergencies on Sunday and risk a four day break if there are any late pull outs*?

Re: AFL 2025
Anyone picked up that pretty much all the players who have been suspended for homophobic slurs are indigenous or African. I think even Jack Graham has some indigenous heritage.
Just found it interesting, now that racial vilification has pretty much stopped on field, its the guys that were effected by that, that are now doing the vilification.
If i remember rightly, any racial vilification cases were mediated behind closed doors? Some we never heard about. It was raised by players who were offended by the racial abuse. Im not sure that the players targeted by the homophobic slurs are offended by the abuse or are simply seeing it as a chance to rub out an opposition player?
Does anyone remember how it was handled, it may even still be handled in that way?
I wonder if mediation behind closed doors is an option in these homophobic slur cases? I really do fear for what will happen in the crowd with Crows playing Pies so near to the previous encounter. This time there will be alot more Pies fans, might even be close to 50/50. It will be feral

Considering it was being widely debated if he’d replace Gawn before his suspension, yes it does make you scratch your head…

Not sure that Darcy should be anywhere a squad of 40, yes he's going to be a star, but hasnt had an all australian year, imo, He has been the most overhyped player of the season, the media has got him into this squad

I think he's fine to be in the squad.
Finished just under 50 goals, for 8th on the coleman medal tally. Not bad given he missed 7 games through injury.
Add in 6 marks a game, 15 touches and some work as second ruck, I think he's more than welcome to be in the squad.
If your 40 man squad has 12 forward, 12 defenders and 16 mids, I think you'll struggle to find 12 forwards that are miles and miles ahead of him such that its fair to say he should be no where near the squad.
And just one more point, Sam Darcy's average of 3.12 contested marks per game in 2025 is not only first, but it's almost 50% more than second (Max Gawn).
In fact, of players who played at least 5 games, only 3 players total had an average of 2 or more.
Sam Darcy's contested marking is elite, and his output for goals is good enough to get him in the squad.
Danny Southern telling Plugga he's fat, I'd like to see that!

He makes my squad, to which I'm sure that he'd be just as rapt.
I thought Edward Naughton would be in there, I'd have him ahead of Mitch, but I guess it's redundant if you're not in the final 22.
At a guess they'll go 3 talls and 3 smalls for the FWD line with any borderline players occupying a spot on the bench. Cammo would be the only lock in the forward line, you could throw a blanket over the rest, perhaps wew should have a nearest to the pin comp.
