Who would have thought it’s easier to kick goals against weaker teams

Over rated, doesn’t kick goals against the better teams

The bloke they’ve picked at FF must be overrated then as well using that logic

I think they are different players. One a pure stay home forward and one that gets up the ground a fair bit and impacts a lot of contests.

King stats this year

Averaged 7.2 disposals a game, 3 goals a game.

Against top 8 sides

10 games and 16 goals average 1.6

Against sides 9 and below

13 games for 53 goals average 4.07

Cameron

Averaged 13.7 disposals a game and 3.6 goals

Against top 8 sides

9 games for 19 goals average 2.11

Against sides 9 and below

14 games for 64 goals average 4.57

I was referring to Thilthorpe not Cameron - i know why Thilthorpe has been picked and have no issues with it. But if you are comparing goals for a 'full forward' as you were, against the other top 8 teams, King averages 1.6 goals per game & Thilthorpe 1.8

Following up to that, i dont have an issue with the 3 keys they selected, Ben King would have to feel stiff though kicking 69 for a season and missing out

I thought Hughes said it was Andrew Embley that did the initial damage?

Either way, was the highlight of the match, if that's what being vegan does for you, I'm off to get 3 meat pies for lunch.
