If you want to go quickly, go alone.

Assistant coach Tyson Goldsack will depart Port Adelaide after accepting an opportunity at an AFL club in Melbourne.

Goldsack joined Port Adelaide ahead of the 2020 season as a SANFL leadership player and development coach following his retirement from AFL football.

Port Adelaide CEO Matthew Richardson thanked Goldsack for his time at Alberton.

“Tyson has made an important contribution to our football club since joining us in 2020,” Mr Richardson said.

“We thank Tyson for the last six years and wish him and his family all the very best as they make the move back to Melbourne.”

Further details of Josh Carr’s finalised coaching panel will be shared in due course.
