Created a spreadsheet for me in 5 mins that would have taken me at least 45 mins

It allows me to search our policies and get clear concise answers quickly which sometimes take hours, so I can respond while on a phone call instead of having to get back to them later in the day

All good. Yes, they can sometimes be useful but keep in mind the potential data security issues, so generally not a good idea to include personal, customer or privileged data in the queries.

Unless you have a dedicated private LLM, they are cloud based data repositories, open to data leaks.

Hopefully your employer has understood and managed co-pilot accordingly.

If I use AI in Google Chrome I always go to the source to check the information
