I played in the Liquor industry monthly golf day yesterday at Royal Adelaide.

Started like absolute shit! Still super hung over from the Melbourne trip, 11 Points on the front and 20 on the back.

Course in amazing condition.

Member for 6 years, rebuild for 4 of that so happy to see the back of it. Course is in incredible condition considering our maintenance weeks was 2 weeks ago.

New holes will be interesting. 1 feels easier with lots of room on the left but miss the green and its trouble everywhere. 6 the green will be brutal once it firms up, doubt the new water short will be in play but I'm sure I'll find a way. The play will be down 7 even more than it used to be, they are going to have to do something to stop the shortcut. 7 is longer but without the bunkers in the middle of the fairway is probably going to be easier.

Still a stupid game. 17 front, scrubbed 10 and 11 but came home -3 for the last 4 holes for a 36.

Twilight.
Started off nicely, 2 pars. Then a scrub, poor bogey, bogey, bogey, par over the water with 7w, nice drjve on 8, 2nd shot 3w, just didnt feel right over the ball. Should have backed away, but straight push into trees and ricochet into creek.
Par to finish.

Picked up a 58° low grind rtx 6 from golf clearance outlet yesterday. Used it a few times today and results were good.

Par

Again -3 after 9
Was 3 down, 4 to play.
6th tee, reintroduces the yellow castle tee back in play helping with the Draw... not this hole though... just a pushy fade. Hit a really good low cutty 3w then stuffed up the chip.
7th, found the left bunker but pin high.... took the 7w and putted it out

Finished -6.

Murray Bridge tomorrow. Never been there. Only par 69??

Those couple of holes are like playing a different course, they're like links holes.

31pts
2 scrubs

The 2 holes on racecourse make no sense to the course.
Not a bad track
Had preferred lies throughout, but didnt really need them.

Bloody hot.

Got the cp2 midsize grips on basically all my clubs now.
First time using them in battle.
Played alright with them, still gonna take a few rounds to get dialled in.

11pts

New handicap systems a disgrace, making me play off 4

Ambrose saturday, can already taste the turkey

Xmas ambrose

Played in the arvo.
The group of 2 in front of us thought it was a Major or something. Talking tactics for too long. On the greens they studiex every angle
4hrs 45mins

Today
32pts
2 scrubs plus a few other errors.
Short game around greens with chip n run is about 80% where i want it. When its at its best it is world class
