No disrespect to EB, Grape Ape, but it says "very strong". So presumably has to be Willunga, or maybe LC.

Fair point!

Steve Lewis is coaching at Yank this year.

They started training last Tuesday. They ran from the town oval down to school oval, did some drills, ran back and then did some more fitness work. I didn't go but drove past them at the school and then saw at the town oval later doing fitness stuff.

I've heard that Ryan Lewis is playing in the ACT league where he's getting very good coin. Stuff that Yank couldn't even dream of paying him.

Well they must be if he has signed somewhere for the big dollars I heard....Not trying to bag the bloke but he is overweight and for the sort of money i have heard you would want a star not a contributor......Just wondering if they have really seen him play or do they just go on hearsay????

what are the big dollars that he is mean't to have signed for and what do you guys kow about this bloke? as in position and what he would bring to a footy club?

I have heard Ryan McKee is a gun. Key position player apparently with real footy smarts. Great mark and works hard. Should go well in that league. Apparently eastern Park were dissapointed to lose him. Christies should be thrilled.

That was a glowing endorsement of the man!

Hes playing in the Southern Football League if hes playing at Christies but that shifty character from EB (Bassani) might still land him at EB.

No I am definately not the man himself. Don't even really know him.

Have heard that he has signed at Christies but that was only heard on here. I know FM seems to have suggested he has signed with Christies and he is tied up with EB isn't he??

Maybe, but I suspect he is just trying to be sly about getting this guy talked about. Perhaps it's his brother in law?

I'm pretty sure he's from the northern side of town. He likes to think he knows whats happening at Gepps, Eastern Park, Kilburn and the like.

Strathalbyn started training last week and coach Simmons has informed the boys that he doesn't believe in running! So it's boots and balls from day one for the Roosters. Some of the boys are very happy about this approach - I just hope Simmons can keep it interesting for the next 8 months!

did you stop to think that I saw him play a couple of times last year and he didn't impress me...then recently as talk grew of him being signed, a person who I hold great respect for informed me otherwise....after those posts my next one was "just what i have heard, haven't met the guy".......

Well mate, you did post in three forums. That's a bit keen for someone you don't know anything about. There was no talk about him before you started it, sounds contrived to me.
