Rumour; heard from a few sources Taity could be playing for nairne in the coming weeks, sports power should do a massive trade on protective equipment if this is true. Also heard he is considering a return to the footy field with onkas.

A sub FFS !
Can't bowl, bat and shouldn't keep.
Did this kid take 7 screaming catches ?
Decisions like that are why associations lose players and teams.

Absoloutely ridiculous.

just spoken with a HCA committee member and here is the scenario -

Uraidla named a side on the first week and fielded, they named a slash player for week 2. The next week came along and their named slash player became unavailable as well so they played someone else that was not even named. They were batting this week so batted an unnamed player who contributed in a 33 run partnership before they had even won the game.

So quite rightly they were pinged for playing an un-named player. Nothing to do with sub fielders or anything like that.

Fair enough

that is correct and with bridgy gettin robbed in a out right last year by only bowling 1 over extra that was the umpires fault!
The BCC isnt that happy with the HCA if they dont get the Outright win!

Well as far as Sturt CC is aware he will be lining up in the A's for them, so unless your source is Shaun himself, I dont think you have much to be worried about :)

I thought he said in his statement that he was taking a Break from the game all together at all Levels.
At the same time tho I wouldn't have a Problem in him playing at any level that he wants to if he feels that it will get his Desire Back to play at the Top Level.

Nah we got GTS cheap, it was Grif that made 135 and was one of the best C grade innings Ive seen, he could easily still be playing A's....gate were 0/211 at one stage  think we did well to hold them to 308 on a lightening quick racetrack considering we have 6 regulars out and had to drop some players down to D grade to get them qualified for finals....we were 1/110 chasing but then fell in a hole

MLCC player of the day went to Tommy Maslin for his maiden ton....it would have got ugly last night!
