Well worth the hangover today ... Go you good things!!
hmmm, dont know about the aftermath being worth it, i smashed my car on the way to drop U LEGS and the others off in town, oh well Shit happens i guess, and due to the hundreds of people on the roads i could not leave for a good hour, at least my car will be on the news as Flares were set off on rundle right next to my car with camera crews right on it.
Good news is im going to steal a Front End, 2 Light Covers and a new Grill with badge off a bombed out VN from my uncles car yard tonight, should have it completley fixed within a week, so it could be alot worse i spose.

My tip was right in saying Australia 1-0 and to win in Penalties!
Will be wierd for me in the World Cup next year, said even before Australia got in that i would continue to support Germany, I guess i'll be disowned in this country for the next year
Of course i'll go for the Aussies whenever they're not playing Germany.
Well done Socceroooooooos!

Cheers boys and well done the Socceroos. I have to admit getting a bit toey watching the end of that game.. a feeling last experienced when my Catters unsuccesfully tried to defend their lead in the finals last season against the Sydney Swines. As a bitter cynical Cats fans I automatically assumed that Australia would fall over again at the Qualifying stage. Normally this wouldn't bother me too much but that 'Divine right' comment really steamed me up!! Like Allan Scott, I was wrong and happy to be proven so.
As for the 'World game'..soccer may be the 'best game in the world' but Aussie Rules is OUR game and still the best in game in the country, after all we get crowds of 80 thousand regularly, not once every four years. Sorry to hear about your car Sammy OUCH
regards,
REB
PS - for those hard of understanding, the score was 1-0..always happy to inform heh heh

Unlucky Sam but could have been worse,my one and only bingle,
,cost me in excess of $20,000 !
Insurance is something an indestructable 19 year old doesn't consider important,I just wanted more horse power!
On the topic of discussion, well done Guus and the boys. Some who have read my previous posts may think I dont like soccer,in fact,I enjoy it a great deal,I just think that the FFA have made far to many blunders over the years which have held the game back.It may now finally be on the right course,I just hope it isnt too late.

If you want to go quickly, go alone.
If you want to go far, go together.

Ive got insurance but the excess is about $1750 so if it stays under that i wont bother with insurance, most P Platers bang their cars up abit worse than i did.
the FFA have made many stuff ups over the years, but they are starting to really get their act together, they said they had 3 goals and they have all been completed now.
New A-League
Qualify For WC
Into Asia
now that its complete we can concentrate on beating Brazil 5-0 in the World Cup Final.

I did the entire job myself on Saturday, used about $700 worth of parts as the front end of the ''donor car'' is completley wrecked now, but I was only charged $80, just have to get grille from Just Commodore Spares for $30 and get abit of touch up paint on the front end, and put a replacment badge on (which i already have) and it will look just as it did before.
did not have to replace the front end as it poped straight back into shape after it was taken of the car, so i just swaped the metal bar inside it, so no paint job needed.
