All up, you should have 1111 players.

Shannon Motlop isn't on the North player list!

Neither is Daniel Motlop. I would have thought they were on there, but I can't recall seeing them when I compared the lists recently.

I think that Scott Peters should be Scott Peterson, as Wedgie has found for me. He is now with Sturt, having played 3 games and kicked 3 goals in 2002.

Many thanks to Wedgie and also Jimmy for bringing him to my attention. As well as ORDB for some help regarding the Sturt players.

It was Ben Waltons' debut for North Friday night, I think. If not, he isn't on the list yet.

You have L Westbrook and Lou Westerbrook, which I think is just Lou Westbrook (1 player) as Leaping Lindner explained.
Did Leonard Dangerfield play for Glenelg as well, or just North?
You have a Peter J. May and Peter May. Is this correct, or are they the same player?
You have a Peter Schulz and a Peter Schultz. Are they the same player?
You have two Peter Sheppards'. Is there two, or just one?
Robert Jervis, who played in the combined comp. with Norwood. On my list he is a North player, as discussed with Leaping Lindner about the residential area in which players lived in at the time.
Did Scott Norton play for North and Centrals? Or just the one team?
I have Shane Bennett on my list, but yours doesn't.
You have both Stan Simmons and Stan Simmonds on the list. Are these the same player?
I have two Sydney Prices' on my list, but yours only has one. Is there one or two?
I have Sydney Scott on my list, but yours doesn't.
Did William Crowe also play for Norwood?

When these are worked out, I'll give you a copy of the North players I have, Ian.

Well, I've found him on an "Any player you can think of" list (When there was 1200 players all up) and he is listed as playing for Norwood, but I can't remember when he played for them. I might have changed him by accident, or someone has told me he actually played for North, not sure.

Bear in mind, some of these have played since that book was produced.
The ones that I reckon should not be on there, however :
Shane Bennett -- N.A ?
Kim Chatfield -- wasn't he at Woodville ?
Jack Chinnery is Lavington Chinnery
George Dean is Lancelot George Dean
A.Goodger is Edward, presumably.
John Marchioro -- W.T ?
Ray Grimm is Ray Gimm
Stephen Hauth -- probably S.A. -- Not NWD, as far as I know.
Tyson Hay -- would have looked good in a Redlegs jumper, but alas ...
Bill Heinrich -- yes, William H.
Bernie Lawton -- definitely at Norwood
Charles Woods and Bunny Daly -- derfinitely played for the club.
Sam Gallager -- is Kevin Gallagher
Guys like, Walls, Turner,Russell,Heuskes, Hoye,Fletcher,H.Dillon,Devlin, Dennis, have all played since the book came out.
Hope this helps.

It might be up to someone to confirm if he only played juniors for North or otherwise.

Yep. From memory Collingwood pinched him at the same time they pinched Troy Lehmann. Shayne then quit football for baseball before playing any league footy with them. RM is that right?
