Not a bad effort. No wonder Milo is thinking of giving SANFL another crack.
You would think that if he was to keep this average up Reynella will figure prominately in finals.

That would be correct BJ.
efc, I'd say Milo would have averaged close to that for the past four years and we all know how that has faired for them.

After witnessing the Bushpigs V Emus game down at Flaggies on the weekend, I must also add that I was quite impressed with the young Flaggy outfit. Maybe with the addition of some height they could be a real competitive force in the next couple of years. Looked undersized in almost every position.
ZC, what was your take on Butcher? Someone stated before that he played in the association game at full forward but I noticed that he tended to play more across half forward on the weekend. I also noticed that Smithy followed him every step of the way. Hilly must hold him in some regard to have the best defender in the league on his tail all day.
As for Hackham this week, could we push the 60 goal mark again? My tip: Emus by 56 goals with Polly finding his kicking boots after losing them last week, and slotting home 22. Thoughts?

My "mole'" reckons, that even though they have some good people off field, the club is run too much as a junior club and that they lack the killer instinct needed to manage senior football. Its great to have a "family club" but every club needs some hard pr-cks to make tough decisions and this could be an issue down at Blacks Road.
