Kersbrook could be close to signing the missing link for their premiership chase. i.e. Opening Bowler!

Big loss for the Nairne CC, if the Great Man is having a crack at District......performed well on the turf decks in Mildura at Willowfest, and hope this is the case down at the Bay. Should play higher than D grade IMO.

Not so sure Razorback......Kersbrook could have a new coach next season. And the new coach is chasing a Current Kersbrook Footballer and former State 2nd 11 Opening Bowler. If they pull this guy out of retirement, he will be the quickest and scariest bowler in the Flerieu and the Missing Link may find himself pushing into the wind!

yeah.... Mt Barker should have one of the best A grade teams with the population of the town. One thing they have going for them this year is the return of the great man Dan Hughes after living overseas for a while...

did there team go ok in the B's last season??

Mt Barker finished about 4th or 5th in the 'B's last season i think.
Reckon they would need an influx of 4 -5 quality players to be conpetitive in 'A' grade next year.
U would think that a town of that size would have these people around the place, probably just a matter of indentifying who they are and persuading them to play locally rather than for nearby clubs or Adelaide.
