It should be on sflinc.com.au but they are pretty lazy with updating anything on there...

Reynella fifth on the ladder, but Brighton's win yesterday leaves them with no chance of ending up with the double-chance.

Goolwa you say...?? I'm sure there will be plenty more speculation as to where Steve will end up if anywhere... However, just got off the phone from my contact at Jervoi$ and they were going to do the right thing and wait till footy season has finished but now seeing as Goolwa have thrown their hat into the ring they will make contact with Steve ASAP, my source went on to say they were none too impressed to learn that other clubs were talking to Morphett Vale "people" before them...
Goolwa 'throwing their hat in the ring' suggests that we have targeted this guy mid-season. We have just signed our current coach for 2 years so in regards to 'doing the right thing' I think you'll find we haven't contacted Hill. Shoe Boy started the rumour, I cant imagine he'd have reliable contacts at Goolwa.
If you read the other things that shoe boy has said i think you will find that he really doesnt have any idea of what he is talking about.
Mole, I thought this forum was for posting what is happening inthe SFL and when you get some mail you put it out there for all to view and debate, It would be a boring forum if we dont!! As for no idea how would YOU know.
On the Shoe's it was a disapointing result yesterday beaten by a beter side and well done M/parks, Also well done Brighton on a good win,as I have said before a quality club that is changing the guard in the SFL.but what would I know??? :D

Well done to Morphy Parks on the win over the Shoes. I think after last year's whitewash they have really pulled themselves together and they deserve to play finals.

Bad luck for the Sharks going down by ten points. Next week should be fun though. I hope the game doesn't get moved from Lonsdale, especially if it rains - come on, who doesn't like sliding around in the mud?? If you reckon the state of Lonsdale's oval is bad... I don't think anything will ever top the old SACA ground in the late 90s (this was when I played lacrosse). On a wet weekend you'd be lucky to take more than 2 steps in a row without stacking it and sinking into the quagmire.

Positive I'm not not him lion heart, I'm just saying what they have offered him, and it is becoming more and more reality that aldinga will get a home game next against lonsdale the league are in discussions about it now, they are appauled at the state of the ground...

There is NO chance of this game being moved. Spoke to our president and a league official yesterday and there is no suggestion whatsoever that this game will be moved. It appears this foolish statement is a figment of your imagination. The oval is fine...

They had to lose one sooner than later, better now than finals time.
Minor premiers without a doubt.
Cove 2008 premiers for me.

porties made a mockery of the beach. peter dobbins was a good target in the goal square, while the class on lenthall and peterson wasto much for christies to contain. and darren mason to take out the coveted mail medal

Think a fair bit has to go wrong for Cove not to be minor premiers they were 2 games and 8 percent clear of HV. Cove were ordinary on the weekend.... Scores were even at haf time Cove came out and kicked the first 2 goals of the third qtr to be in front by about 11 points before Brighton piled on the next 8 out of 10 goals for the game!!!!
With you No Mercy blessing in disguise, No MAtt Reavill and couple other guys still to go in they will still be hard to beat come September!!! Few "diffrent" coaching moves from Ando which had a bearing on the result but you could tell the moves were for a look at what players could offer in September.... (i think)

Don't believe everything you read on here mate. If it doesn't make sense it usually ain't true. People stir, joke and big themselves up for amusement. This situation could be any of these.

Instead of talking about how bad cove played and how you had players out and this that and the other how about talking about how good Brighton where mate. Surely Brighton must have been good on sat to knock of the only undefeated team in the comp. U know u can pay a little bit of respect to the team that beat u on the weekend

Cyclops, I would of thought the result would speak for itself without me talking Brighton up...Ill leave that to the supporters of Brighton to do...I was just putting in my 2 cents in regards to Cove. I have no idea what Brighton had or players they didn't have or anything like that which is why i didn't comment on them in regards to that...
