Any tips for the Prelim?

Not a whole lot in it Whitey, he threw a few good ones but umpie only saw a ordinary one that was milked by the modbury player. Happened in the first so the player pretty much missed most the game anyway.

No real tips, our ruckman covered Goldings rebound very well and didnt give him the chance to get the cheap kicks that get thrown on the boot under pressure! Stop the ape up forward from kicking goals and ur set. Also kicking more goals then them will help.

I think you will find 'the journalist' fom the messenger was inventive in his reporting of phosc and his facts not 100% correct. He rang Mr Rosman (who is not the secratary) looking for Mr Weeds phone number and had a quick casual chat about the weekends game. 'The journalist' bought up the no home finals/west end sponsorship issue. I know the club accepted this years ago and moved on. As for St Mary's Oval being a disgrace the question was about not playing at the number one ranked venue (Thebby) not the state of the oval/facilites at Kenilworth FC. Finally with extra time there was different opinions from various officials.

All up a poor article that painted the phantoms as complianing after the game when it should of been about a thrilling contest that went down to the wire. Well done to the shoc boys and their supporters after the win and good luck this week

the article clearly quotes rosman as saying "the pathetic state of panther park"..how is that interpreted differently?..he obviously said it..it was quoted..look in your own backyard first before trashing others imo..and yes, phos came across as very sour losers

Going out in straight sets must be a tough pill to swallow. No doubts about that, if it happened to us id be blaming everything from condition of the oval to petrol prices & inflation!

Yeah I finally saw the article in the messenger, I do not know how he could have been mis-interpreted seeing he was quoted. If it was mis printed I wonder if PHOS Camden have been in contact with the Kenilworth FC regarding the mis-quote because i can guarentee as of 12 midday yesterday they had not done so. Yes have an issue with the league is one issue, but to go out and deliberatly attack a club who was just hosting the game ffs is p!ss weak and pathetic. Go p!ss of to the SFL or something because as far as I am concerned that 1 tosser has just lost alot of respect from alot of the local footy public

Fair enough Bandar lets all get over it and think about the games this weekend.

my tips

Shoc will win by 3 goals too many goal kicking options.

Smosh to get over the line in a very close and tough encounter.

SHOCs by 13 points. Towns hit the front with 10 min to go but 2 late goals to shoc sealed the win

to those ppl that believe Dave Rosman would winge , complain or make excuses about losing a final, playin at st mary's etc are scrapping at the bottom of the barrel

im not invovled at the club but knowing the bloke , i know of the hard work he puts into the club

lets think a Messenger journo ( jeez a school boy just getting rid of his virginity ) makes a few comments to make a person like a winger

f&*k y would some1 complain about not having a home final when PHOS knew 3-4 years ago they wouldnt have one...

its a f&*kin pity that ur club doesnt have a div1 premieship let alone 2 ...

laughin kooka u r the joke ... take ur div 5 club off cos if u keep beliving messenger articles u will believe that ufos do exist , pigs fly and u can play footy ....

As i said SHOC are dangerous and i have noticed efc has gone missing . Should be a great game if last time we played is any indication. These teams have a built up a good rivalry so should be a big GF. SHOC and Towns dont play real tough footy so id expect SHOC to be fine coming into the game.

Well done to SHOC they seemed to go in to their shells a bit the week before but did enough to win and this week seemed to play like they new they had earned an excellent opportunity and should make the most of it. The prelim is always hard a side coming off a win against a side off a loss.

Did hear a report on Taz going off injured not certain how serious. Would make a big hole. Any news unicorn?

He came off just before half time i think to give him a rest but he played the whole second half, so think The Big Boss is fine.
