Well then, thats it i spose, if yous aint playing for Nairne or Hahndorf this years ya might as well pack away ya bat and ball and go surfing like most of the young lads with any talent say they're going to do every year.
You might well be right razorback7 but i know of 1 other team that may be springing a few surprises as long as they can keep the players off the Grog long enough. :drinkers: :partyman: :vom: :supz:

Yes, L.Ck, But Partying and Football committments later in the Season will be the big stumbling block as usual with their current players and the few pick ups they're hopefull of getting.

Yeak creeks are always around the mark with the likes of ben and goldy.. they need a couple more players like that to help them out though, they seem to carry the team most of the time.

Interesting Developments from Mondays Assoc. AGM part 2. A + EHCA.
This season will for the 1st time will comprise of 4 senior Grades. A1, A2, B and C.
Not sure of the rationality behind this implementation as i have relinquished my position of Assoc. delegate and wasn't there.
A1 - 6 teams (Hahndorf, Echunga, Nairne, L.Creek, Strath and Wistow.)
A2 - 8 teams (Milang, Maccy, B/Call, Ashbourne, Mt.Bark, Finniss plus 2 of the above)
B - 8 teams ?
C - 7 teams ?

A1 and A2 to start on Oct 11th with the rest starting on the 18th.

Also believe the A1 Grade program will consist entirely of 2 day Games.

Early Market for A1
Hahndorf $2.30
Nairne $3.00
L.Creek $3.70
Strath $6.00
Wistow $13.00
Maccy $51.00

sinkas will not be a massive pick up. took bugger all wickets last year and takes more balls to the head than jenna jameson in her prime.

Why is Wistow at such long odds?? Didnt they win the premiership last season??

Wistow have lost a few players havent they? Heinrich brothers according to Razorback7.
Frohling ? Their bowling would be pretty thin without him.
If the above 3 were to stay, then Yes, they would be a big chance to take it out again.

I would of thought you have Maccy are a bit short considering you have named them in the A2, and if their above Echunga it doesnt say much for Echunga's ability.

Yep, Ypu're right . i stuffed up as i usually do. #-o

Echunga $51.00 (Good young team on the way up, probably not premiership contenders for another season or two but if they hold their squad together, they will be a force in years to come)

Maccy are in A2.

Southern Cricket Association is a lot higher standard of cricket than these three joke competitions. Lift your game.
