Couldn't agree more. Quality player but very fragile.

Kevvy Thomas would be the other in my opinion.

Sandy Creek V Salis West - DO either teams ever post a big total against each other? I'm thinking that they always get skittled cheap (both teams)

Agree Stama - on both points!

Would say Jones, Kev Thomas, Rocco (when he tries)?

Jones was the hardest to face because he never bowlerd short. Rocco and kev thomas both bowl alot of short stuff. Stama isn't to bad himself a very smart cricketer.

Ill bring this topic up who is the hardest batter to bowl to?.

Good to see a few new posters on here, where's masterplan man & catchit from?

Nice to see Para Teachers score 300+ with their A Grade in div.6, they'll be under scrutiny all year I'd imagine.

I recall Jones bowling alot of very good short stuff...

Hardest batter - Ratcliffe, Ozolins, Sibbick. I guess there is plenty of names you could mention...

I thought you might have something to add, all I'm saying is that they'll definetely come under some scrutiny if they have any sort of success, there were a few teams applying to move down divisions at the pre-season meetings only to find themselves moving up one instead.

Our "C" Grade fell into the finals of div. 6 last year by bugger-all and could've finished 6th very easily, they got promoted to div. 5, we're not too fussed but I know a few clubs that are livid, I just hope that there were some stipulations, I would hate to see the Teachers fold, but I think it would be an injustice if they breezed through div. 6.

Thanks for a bit of insight anyway Hanno, I thought Jonesy would have to be playing.

That's fair enough, I'm sure that they would have had to submit a list of players that have left and would be not allowed to play this year, that's what happened to CDCC and they dropped down to div. 3, they still thwarted the system though, allegedly.

i think the most challenging batsmen to bowl to are.. ozzie.. bomber.. chris mac.. they consistantly hurt sides and not just the bottom sides.. especially had a very good challenge with ozzie every time we played against eachother..
