Na, I'm sorry mate, I haven't really checked the "peer reviewed research data of other elite athletes" lately, it's on my to do list.
Not upset at all. I thought i started my post with a compliment to the one or two that came with me.
And i definatley was diggin at PB. If you knew him you would get the joke.
I as suggesting you go out of your way to read it. I thought i might have been interesting to enlighten you on a subject that i am passionate about and that you might not have much of an appreciation for. No harm done i didnt think.
I'm impressed with your passion on what is an important matter for those who like to be in peak condition, I do have appreciation for it but work, kids and other commitments don't really allow me to burrow my head into books, I'm sure your club benefits from it though. All Good.

Next run group will leave from corner of valour court and atlantis drive at 6pm ish tomorrow (Thursday) night. Another lazy 6km on the agenda before a 3km timtrial/testing session on saturday. Anyone who is there saturday will have the oppurtunity for fully tailored programs rather than generic ones.
It is only October mate, some AFL clubs haven't even started yet.
BB good to se you boys doing the work early, will be nice to watch come 09! I think when people say GG are cocky they maybe need to read some of the work you boys are doing early, imporessive and professional deffinately not looking like taking Div4 likely, Good work boys!

It's nice work BB. I think you will find that the people who put the extra effort in at this time of the year are actually more in control and more aware of their physical conditioning... generally they take pride in being fit and healthy all year round rather than just at one time of the year. And it definitly allows you to push alot harder than the pack if you have that edge...
I love grapes. With grapes, you always get another chance. You know, if you have a crappy apple or a peach, you’re stuck with that crappy piece of fruit. If you have a crappy grape, no problem-just move on to the next. ‘Grapes: The Fruit of Hope.
My goal is to hopefully convert a few people to that way of thinking. Obvioulsy not all are enthused by the idea of it but one or two is better than none.

Well unless you turn into an African-American overnight, I can't see it happening too quickly
