have played alot against stama and he would be the first to agree that he has had a average year...
maybe i should of not used the word crap.. my mistake..
i reckon he would agree with that.. as he would say the season is not over yet

You dont even need to go back and check the games to know that!
I would assume that Leo would be the same at Virginia?

its who plays as a team full stop........
if the lesser likes contribute by making double what they normally make or take a wicket to break a partnership, or make a run out or take a great catch there the things that get you over the line....
can talk about individuals but the better teams have complete lists thats why they in the four and competing for the ultimate glory
you can take that to any sport....take for example hawthorn last year
geelong are full of superstars, hawks have good players who use each other and feed off as a complete team and play best to their game style....thats why they premiers!!
your team has batters, bowlers and all rounders, if each individual does what they are picked for, there the teams who win more often then not...
maybe start talking about the teams who have a complete list of eleven and not two individuals.........

match winners are important yes........but look at who is in the four
do they have the most depth.........ahhh yes
thats why they are called powerhouses of the competition...if you don't have the cattle you aren't gonna win games
you could put a ratters in an atco team and i bet your bottom dollar they wouldn't be in the finals!!
thats because there second tier players don't measure upto the standard....if however they go out and improve themselves by setting goals and have continuous improvement i bet you any money they would be much more competitive!!
leadership is also important, skips and coaches have big roles in doing such things as keeping stability in a group, feedback, setting goals and improving
group morale
i bet you any money mp man, if you were in a set up of a team with more depth
then just a few guns you would put money on the the team who play as a team and have good team morale!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

finals even?? i reckon they would finish 6th behind brahma...
atco need more than a ratters and thats not dishing them or ratters... they are a grade 2 side at the moment and would need a couple of decent players to make a diff..

affup wrote:masterplan man wrote:Who are the players that could decide who play's in the GF???
Sandy- have ratters and bomber..
Ratters is one of the best all rounder performer in the comp. Bomber is just explosive if he bats for 20 overs it's normally game set and match!!!
Virginia- Have Leo
He has been a standout all year and for Virginia to have any chance he needs to do alot!!!
Two Wells- Ellis and Benny
They both a very good all round cricketers benny loves big games and will no doubt be ready to fire. Ellis has shown his worth with bat and ball all year.
Salisbury West- John mac and scott mac
Johnny is a great bowler has been for a long time and scotty is more than capable of a big innings!!!
Whats other thoughts??
Sandy's have bill and robo even though they haven't had as good a season as they would like but both capable of winnings games
Agree with Virginia but have johnny as well
Wells also have chris mac, kev both very good cricketers
