you blokes should be clear fav's but now wells are fav's, that really irks me cause your not showing much confidence in your boys
sandys are gonna whip you blokes, why? cause of self belief

Grahaml wrote:All 4 sides are capable of taking it out, they've all got some stand out players. I think the depth at Wells and West will see them fight it out. Virginia and Sandy to me are light on if their guns don't fire whereas Wells and West can fight back with bat and ball and put in some valuable contributions. As for all this baiting that's going on it's just plain stupid. Nobody honestly thinks that all this forum talk is going to change anything in the game, do they? I don't think any of the Westies lads even know about this forum let alone read it to think "I'd better not get out or they'll bag me on safooty". The team that performs better, and perhaps gets a little luck going their way will win these finals. Oddly enough like pretty much any game of cricket! Past records mean nothing. Very few of our players have been there for all of them and those that have are more likely to fire up instead of going into their shells. For Westies the guys they really would be looking to perform are Davies just because when he's involved for a long time good things happen and in my mind McCafferty is probably our classiest bat. Scott Mac might be more spectacular and stylish but Caff can bat all day without giving a chance. If Caff bats all day we'll score well over 200 and with Constanzo, McInness and Creek coming in late happy hour can certainly bring a lot of runs.

Virginia will be needing Leo and natsias to dominate the whole game. If either has a rough patch they're in trouble. Sandy are similarly reliant on Bomber, Ratcliffe and Bill.

So I expext to be watching wells heading out to Londonderry for a rematch on our turf this season.

i can assure you graham that a few of your boys do read this and dont comment cause of the past..and for the ones who dont read it they will be filled in come game day.. and yes it might not change the result but once its in there head it def builds pressure.. even 2 quick wickets will remind them of the past. the only thing that can erase that memory is taking it out,if they make it and lose again, the same pressure will be there next year and so on..
i know any form is good form and west should beat sandy easily, but west have been in cruise controll for so long, and you might say that means nothing but it does.. its hard to just step up a gear come sat when the pressure is on to win the gf let alone the semi..
time will tell i suppose..
i to have a feeling it will be a two wells home final..

Not over reading anything creekers. I couldn't care less in fact and my comment was effectively to that point. From the way some people here are carrying on you'd think that talk was going to win the game. I've never noticed talk making a run or taking a wicket. Sounds to me like you're the one most worried, hiding behind you anonymous name trying to bait everyone. The truth is you're crapping yourself because you don't really think you can win. My guess is you'll be closer to Port Wakefield than Salisbury Downs this weekend and talking about footy. Because I think Sandy creek is about to start thinking footy as from Sunday afternoon.

And catchit, perhaps they do read this. They certainly haven't been talking about it. Nobody is hiding from our record but we have to remember that we've been good enough to make it that many times, we've obviously got the talent. It's just a matter of putting the results on the board. Nobody seems to be worried by the past around the club. Just mindful that we need to make it count.

Anyway, doubt I'll be back on until the grand finalists are on. Hope the matches are well fought out and decided by better play. And most importantly enjoy a few bevvies and some good cricket!

thats easy creekers just follow norm!! second thoughts dont follow him cause he will stop at robos for a hour or so to pack his bag and iron his whites..
maybe follow ratters!! then again he would get a sore back from just being behind him..
you could follow bomber!! straight from town ;)
