nothing to worry about with scott mac he will play..

No he wont

scotty mac not the only one put in the book on the weekend rumour has it that the whole of elizabeth east div 4 side were reported on sun after there loss to central united i was there for the game and some of the decisions looked a bit dodgey but the way the players swore and berated the umpires was just discrasefull. i think though it probably had more to do with eliz east not loosing a game all year and then going down when it counted i well always next year.

should be a good grand final this week in grade 4 brahma lodge vs central united
does anyone know where game is being played.

That's what happens when we get SACA umpires in for finals, the rules are different to turf. Must've been bad for Lubcke to spit it in a loud manner, he doesn't mind having a bit to say but he generally gets on with it. A few years ago I was facing Chris Hughes late in the day and he was bowling with some good heat, the ball hit the middle of the pitch and darted about 1 inch off of the ground and bowled me, I went to fix the stumps up and I was getting a right royal send off from the Unit boys, I nearly got reported for dissent aswell, I didn't say or do anything remotely close to what I wanted to. Cheers to the SACA umps.

There was no swearing and carrying on at th PDCA umpire it was solely at the pin head in blue, 4 dodgey decisions one giving lubke caught at gully while he was at square leg from a bump ball the worst of them, just got to everyone in the end, we didnt deserve to win it only posting 129. a few players were sooking i will agree with you there though that really pissed me off.
i think brahma will pump them they have a really good bowling line up and some good heads batting

He should be playing div. 1, never bowls a wide, can move it either way and mixes it up well. Can bowl 6 consecutive yorkers aswell. Pretty handy with the stick to go with it.

unfortunetly didnt get to face him as my stint at the crease was very short, but he looked quite zippy from the other end.

What has KT done to Pete? Only bowled a handful of overs, could have definitely bowled some more at the end. No disrespect to Ellis, as I know he did get 3 for last week, but surely KT with the wind would have been a bit more effective. Ellis as a change up for a couple overs sure, but I think he bowled 6-7 (pls correct if wrong) and never looked like getting a wicket or keeping the runs down. Stama bad back and still took 5 for, very nice effort. With the top 6 Wells have 250 is definitely reachable.

agree ellis was shite i would of had kev bowl down breeze at the end tough breeze to bowl into today

have heard that catchit didn't bowl until around tea time when most of the damage had been done. Apparently was being saved for the GF. Comes on and gets 5 for. Well we must say cockyness gets you know where and you derserve the hiding you received.

he's not the only one that should resign. i'd go with the captain as well. Very average season. with the side he had surely should have acheived more. They might want to spend there money on new mats next year other than a player like Hogan. Very under acheived and shameful. All that professionalism just proves it's not warranted i this assoc. Better of just being there for the team and playing as a happy bunch of blokes. Unfortunately money does not provide that.

surely the clubs will learn from the weekend results that money does not buy a winning team. Two wells and Sandy are perfect examples. Best teams on paper and absolutely flogged in the finals. Lets breed what the clubs have and play the players that want to be there. this makes a winning team.

when you have jim willy and kev in your side i dont think its to cocky to rest another bowler who is injured,to be fair the 5 wickets stama got wasnt from good bowling, more a case of some pies coming down and them being 2 for 120 looking at 300..
