224 not quite enough for Plympton I'm afraid - Roos home with 3-4 overs to spare.

Great innings from Paul Graves today - poor finals record, but shone today and helped the Morphy's boys over the line.

Back in section 1, but will need to add to their list to make sure they stay there.

GO ROO"S !!!

Hit the nail on the head there, from what i saw yesterday with the bowling and today with batting, definately no where near section 1 standard. Even Mitchell Park would have a field day against Morphys. Lets hope you guys get some young, fit players. Will definately need them

congrats to the wyc boys, unlucky to the icc boys. would hav thought they had done enough in the early parts of saturday, but a few too many wickets saturday afternoon didnt help. amazing what runs on the board and a bit of finals pressure can do.

What a weekend. Firstly, congratulations to all winning sides. Western Youth, Morphy Park, Belair, Keswick IV, Clapham, and whoever the victor was in Sect.6. Sheidow VI or Mitchell Park IV. Interesting that 4 of the 6 winners are A grade sides. Well done to SELFE from Plympton on his 100. I heard it was a great innings mate.

Secondly, what am I doing up at this hour? Cant freaken sleep is why. My eyes feel kind of krusty, from either too much sun or too much alcohol (well maybe not TOO much alcohol, just more than I am used to). I was feeling kinda drowsy on the drive home, brushed my teeth and went straight to bed, and it took more than an hour to even grab 40 winks.

Got a busy day tomorrow. Lost my glasses Sunday morning and need to get them replaced, need to get my jaw checked out (thanks Sambo), and lunch with some of the boys.

Think I'll cut this message here before I write something silly (like that song CK), and maybe try to grab another 40 winks.

Where were u Bazza? I dont buy beer often, but was looking forward to buying you one...
why aren't "Umpires" a team? they need support to

Well done to WYC, on paper the Sharks look a much stronger team than WYC with a few new kids coming into the side, but as they say, you dont win premierships on paper.

Sadly bazza I have to report I have just caught up with the lads at The Hilton and I am very dissappointed at the effort a couple of them were displaying. Anyone would think they are the first team to ever get drunk after a GF win. Soft, very soft.

CK was on squash and Coke, bloods was still whinging about waking up freezing cold in a chair at the Secretarys house and A8 was flashing around X Rays of a bung jaw.....only the skipper and a young Shrek doing the club proud.

Better trun it on at Presentations this week lads!

It was soft drinks in between the beers. They weren't going down as freely as they were last night :partyman:. Shrek passed out at about 5 today, he had a fair crack at it today, good effort to back up after a huge night last night because there were plenty that didn't manage to have more than 3 beers today.

The chair wasn't a comfortable spot to sleep either.

I am surprised CK got that song written out, as accurately as he did, at that point he like the rest of us was ticking along well ;) :D .
