i question it?? shouldn't we test ourselves first?

not to sure about people getting paid in lower grades!! or do you mean competition??
money should be paid to people who are talented enough to be paid,no matter what level it is.just because someone plays hard wicket doesnt mean they dont deserve to be rewarded for being a good player. so many people that play turf look and think they are playing for the aussies and look down at people who play hard wicket, at the end of the day you have to hit a red ball and if some people get paid to do that good on them..

not quite, too much beating around the bush, i must say a few clubs had their hopes on scuring the services of a few of those lads i thinks OTH and BL would be quite dissapointed. Sounds like a PDCA assoc side though you should do well.

the only person who is missing is ratters.. oh no!! thats right he was always missing when needed :roll

Where were you when you got the call then also when the assoc. needed you

ha ha.. Tee off time.. At least i got a phone call.. The diff is i made it very clear from the start of the season i was not interested in sunday cricket.. Not only did ratters let pdca down in years gone by he also lets his own team down regulary.. I can understand your love for him big fella but be realistic about it.. The bloke is soft and will only get softer as time goes on.

Rattas seems to be the butt of most peoples jokes and sometimes he deserves it and sometimes he doesnt, i guess im just sticking up for a team mate just as you would if other people started teeing off on hewey or jimmy or whoever.

As for the assoc. side, if the PDCA had its best representatives on the field then its very possible that we wouldve been playing on Adelaide Oval on a very regular basis. The fact that the likes of Sibb, Stama, Robbo, Bill, Rattas and so on dont play then it makes the side look alot weaker. I know there are other committments that people have on a sunday but i feel its easy for people to blame rattas for everything so i felt it necessary to back him up

The side would be much more formidable, but I disagree with more appearances on Adelaide Oval. Not when the ATCA are taking it seriously now.

ok i will give you a example on why he is soft .. When we played at adelaide oval years ago ratters was named at 4 and me at 5 when he seen the opening bowlers he asked if i wanted to bat at 4. Would that be because he is a nice bloke or would that be because he is soft? Then when the first change bowlers came on he said.. I wish i was batting 4 now.. He brings it all on himself and like i said i can understand why you stick up for him.. Sib robo stama bill all played early on and have all given there most for pdca.. Not sure the same can be said about your best mate..
