Marion's recruiting of Tom Couch went under the radar!! If Im not mistaken, didnt he play a couple of league games with the Eagles last year?

Maybe he had a chat with McIntee who directed him to the $$$$$$

Young couchy can play! Came over from Victoria to try and make it at an elite level, shame he has thrown it in already to play in the SFL.

Injuries are part and parcel of the game and I dont think 2 many clubs put their best side out every week due to injuries.

We went into last weeks game with 3 very good outs including our skipper Despott and expected a very hot Porties that where 0 and 5. Our first half was very good with good skills and a very good attack on the footy but when Shultz and Whitey went down so did we as a group or more so Porties lifted big time and started to win the contested footy which we pride ourself's on.
Porties wanted the win more and it showed and that was the dissapointing aspect that didnt go down well for me. Maybe with such a young group we will have moments in games like that but it is something we need to rectify.

Some one once told me THAT if you cant run WALK, if you cant walk CRAWL, as this footy club never EVER gives in!!!!

as loosing is something not to be feared but how you loose is!!!!

Couchy is a freak. I reckon he hit Brad Smith on the tit without breaking stride from about 60 meters away on sat. Marion wont have him for long

what did you think of number 2 for marion paul couches son tom looks a real talent cant understand why the bays wont use this kid he hit up the full forward many times from the back flank at your ground with a 60 meter pass and smith didnt change step or direction any one who can do this is real class as his father was for geelong will marion be able to hold him or will the bays agree that the F..ked up(the bays never admit to mistakes played there for 3 years then again neither do south)
