heard from some mates who went to watch cove vs Reynella said cove way to good on the day but reckon they have the most worst surporters theve seen, they had to move as they had there kids with them and was not family friendly. Also said cove surporters went on the field at halftime picking fights with players and then with reynella surporters,Charming the club must be so prowd to have such great surport  this is coming from people with nothing to do with either club just went with friends to watch.Didnt cove have problems a couple of years ago with surporters atacking other teams players after a game at cove {Draper if i recall}Does club no favours :( :(

Good weekend of footy, surprising results in quite a few games, not many picked cove to beat reynella and if they did not by that much, No one thought valleys would have a chance and got up by 5 goals over towns, and most thought flaggy were no chance and they just got over the line vs marion. Great for the comp i reckon, the more results that happen that go against what everyone has come to expect.
Also good to see the $hoes and saints get brought back to earth the last 2 weeks. Too much talk of them (from themselves) of top 6 finishes. Havent heard from "special" either this week? No guarentees on final 8 spots for a while yet guys.
Should be a ripper rest of the season in all though with prob 13 of 15 teams fighting for the 8. Ill watch with interest.

Surely the SFL would adopt two divisions if true
Where's Bill? Yeah... Hmm... Bill is on the Villa Quatro, on the road to Salina. I will draw you a map.

EV Commonsense would suggest 2 Divs. Better to be competitive in DIV 2 than smashed in Div 1 I would have thought.
SFL are considering 2 conferences North and South rather than adopting Divisions like other leagues around the country.

EV we have had numerous discussions regarding the future of the SFL.

I believe the concept the SFL WILL use will be based around the American Football system of confrences,or in our comp a North South comp with a finals system in both and then a Super bowl between the 2 grand final winning sides.

The SFL would require more sides and I am led to believe we have a few knocking on the door.Blackwood/Phos Camden/Mitchell Park/Plympton just to name a few.

Thoughts?

When it states that the club are approaching the SFL then some things are. The only time a move to the SFL has ever been talked about was when the Edwardstown president approached our president and it was pretty quickly knocked on the head.

interesting how you say in one sentence that its good to see the underdogs getting up, then in the next sentance you say, its good to see the shoe's and christies get brought down to earth. would of thought the shoe's would have been the underdogs against morphies. sounds like you have wrote both sides off already?
