I don't mind alot of what Shoe Boy says, and trust me he is on every league every topic you name it he knows it all.
I do have a problem with a guy who is the size of a beached whale, lives in the shadow of his brother (who is a legend of football and cricket) and does nothing but slag off other clubs etc unless they are Shoe related.
What about the feral element at last Sunday mornings mini where 2 car loads of middle age men are swigging in to the Jacks at 8 bells.
What a great club to be involved with, where is the football promotion in an environment of half wacked middle age men.
C'mon Shoe Boy get your butt off the couch if you really love your club and get down and promote a family friendly environment.

Gee you must really like him!!
I find Shoe Boy says what he thinks and like to have a debate
He cant be that dumb either it didnt take him 2 years to try and get on the forum :)

Skimmer box,
2 years and crap like that!!
I hope you have the right bloke?and if he upsets you so much tell him yourself in person!!
As for slaging other clubs please explain???
Feral elements last Sun morn?? I was their and as usual a great family enviroment and one of the better run mini sides running around with 12 quality people making sure all runs well.

So dont come on here and slag off a quality football club that is run by quality people with the same vision.

PM me and have a chat!!!! or just call into the club as I am there everyday and would love to debate any issues that appear to upset you so much :)

As I said I was there last Sun and didnt see anyone on the grog as you put it!

where were they, under the veranda? in the club? or up on the hill?

So you are from Reynella or H/Valley as these are the sides we entertained on the day.

Roos have landed another tall player in morgan billings. Was he previously from South Adelaide? Is tom his brother?
The points (player point system) and money must be running very low now at roo land.
With no juniors at all and not a heap of depth in B's, when the money dries up, I reckon we will see a repeat of the Morphie park of 2 and 3 years ago, 20-40 goal drubbings.

But as long as they enjoy their middle of the road success during that time that's all that matters.

Must be tough on a club though that doesn't have juniors. What else are they expected to do?

I agree P32 as long as they can afford it and they can attract the players why not
And dont think that they are the only clubs doing it.

He is toms brother but a midfielder i would have thought rather than key position. Was at PHOS and marion prior to that. He will tell u how good he is but can actually play. Left Marion after a blew with the fat john fidge!

Save the money and put it back into a Junior Program, use the money for free subs for Juniors, new guernseys etc, make the kids want to play at Morphy Park. I'm not saying they aren't trying to get a junior team setup down there, but like others have said how long can the Seniors stay at the position they are at now, with no juniors to build depth in the years to come.

Surely players will move on, chase cash somewere else, so why not put up with a couple of years of struggling in the seniors and get the juniors up and running. Reckon you will find once you have juniors up and going, it is a lot easier to maintain, rather than have to rebuild it every 10 years.
