From memory, he was given last chances a couple of times after 10 - 12 week suspensions....

Did he ever actually use his skills inside a competitive ring / event or just behind the play in football.

EV he is a top lad of the oval and has a high profile job in the public forum.

As for hitting behind play NO in this instance right in front of the umps at a ruck tap!

This Hackham numbers is way of.
I will post the numbers tomorrow from Hackham as in 2001 I can count 4 that includes the coach and runner and the coach is debatable as he is from M/Vale.

The young Marion player got 2 games after pleading guilty for stuff all of a strike, no damage done to player at all - unfortunately he was clubbed a few times and reacted and as normally happens the reactor cops the flack. Happened right in front of the umps but anyway thats footy for you. Funny he gets reported when one player from each side was sent off earlier at the same time with a yellow card both bleeding after battling in front view of all on field (umpires included). Sh*t happens though and he will have to cop the two on the chin. There is a new rule by the way with the tribunal that it is an immediate 2 weeks for striking with a red card (maximum 4) - good of them to tell everyone these new tribunal rules but anyway - never plead guilty is my advice as this is what you will get irrelevant of situation or clean record. Who was the Valley bloke anyway - his number will be fine thats not naming anyone!! Good on the league giving him 5 by the sounds of it!!!! Good luck to the Aldinga lad hope a speedy recovery!

Funnily enough an Aldinga bloke belted one of our blokes right in front of the ump in the same match and no red card :?

Yeah good luck Dave.

This is the third time that we have headed to the Valleys and something like this has happened, two for on field and one off. Two serious similar injuries now from on field crap. This is getting a bit old Valleys, I wonder if anyone from Happy Valley has formally apologised for their players actions resulting in another Aldinga hopeful not playing for the rest of the year?

same crap when we played there our guys got sent off for retaliating to cheap valley shots on our little guys

Maybe if your senior blokes weren't setting a bad example then your player wouldn't be spending a few weeks watching. Wouldn't be number 16 by any chance would it. Number 16 and i think it was 5 or 2 not sure just ran around all day trying to smash heads never went for the ball. I hope it was

No it wasn't 16 asert he will be playing this week.
I still can't believe you are going on about this.
As said before, if the rookie umpire saw 3 seconds earlier, a premier Brighton midfielder may have been spending 2 weeks in the stands too.
I look forward to playing you again Asert, I will look for the player with a laptop writing posts everytime he gets bumped.

Pretty sure SB meant in the season 2001 or 2002. Most of those names came after that

And the winners this week?

Aldinga V Cove. Cove

Christies V Townies. Townies to win and good luck to the big red fella.

Hackham V Pt Noarlunga. Porties and am sure they are relieved to playing a lesser side with a depleted line up.

Marion V H/Valley. Valley

M/Park V Brighton. Bombers to win against a very inconsistent M/Parks.

Lonsdale V M/Vale. Morphies against an improving Lonsdale.

Noarlunga V Reynella. Shoes to bounce back at home in a cracker of a game.(will Milo be back? P32?)

Good luck.

Here it is Lad's...... :-o

Rumours flying thick and fast this week bout the Cove football club.

-Cove senior players looking to get a clearance to Reynella (upto as many as 4 players).

-A divide between senior players over coaching favouritism steming down from The coach.

-More than ever is Ando under pressure to keep his job due to the culture he has created amongst the players (possibility of not finishing out the year).

Like i said just rumours, but when you here the same rumours all week from different sources the Question has to be asked.

Has JONO or anyone else heard or seen whats going on?

DONT FAKE THE FUNK ON A NASTY DUNK!

Asert - time for you to get a spoon of gravox fella - take up a non contact sport and stop ya bitching - if you dish it out and yap it up - mainly yap it up in your scenario - then expect something back. Toughen up princess and tuck your frilly knickers in.

Cove - wil be interesting to see what comes of this, rumour or fact - sure a few clubs would be interested in grabbing a few players if they are looking around - interesting

Good luck to all this weekend and if you are playing against ASERT please do not tackle, bump or wrestle him as he does not like it and complains all day on the computer - or should I say weeks!

My sources tell me it stems from a few A Grade players being given a free ride into games and when B graders are needed to replace them Ando is not giving them the same attention he would a regular A grader.

I know of one player who hasn't trained all year and is still suiting up in the 1's each week.

just keep hearing everyone coming back to marion saying what i am. Just asked a question whether it was a certain player is all. I ended up at domain for stitches cos of a player a foot shorter than me threw the biggest elbow against my attempted shepherd and number 16 i went for a mark and he no doubt about it could have got the ball but instead punched me in the face trying to knock me out. Last time i played you guys someone ran at me off the ball by about 50 metres jumped into me with their knee to my ribs and i missed 3 weeks with cracked ribs like football is football but when your not playing within the rules and deliberately trying to send someone to hospital yeah i kind of ******* hate marion you never know how long your gonna need off work after playing them.we do play amateur football but when i miss work cos of people who feel the need to be tough like this i get bitter. If you dont like what i write dont read it simple

I personally haven't heard anything of this, but I obviously don't know about everything that goes on behind closed doors. Any names there Big Red? Are they walk up starters in the A grade?
