SFL cyclops is spot on a weekend pass is a great idea say $10 per adult would stop the fence jumpers or at least reduce them.Was surprised to see morphies and brighton players at the c grade game on saturday night the majority all pissed to the eyeballs,some extremely funny banter between the two parties but boys whats up!should you be all getting smashed like this with extremely important games coming up.

Well done the Shoe and Aldinga and Reynella they showed alot of ticker. Good to see Middleton back out there thought his second half was outstanding as was Proctors. Cove stopped in the second half alot of their players were caught out and just didnt go when they had to a few interesting moves as well in the last I noticed that Cove couldnt get a target up forward yet Miller sat the whole last qtr on the bench also Size rucking the last qtr and extra time??????? He never left the square

Some good points TAC, the old boys controlled the 2nd half, middleton, prescott and proctor playing very well. S, middleton hasnt played much this year and not at all last year and he can still run like that. He turns everyone inside out. His brother played well too.

2nd good point is how COVE seemed to stop attacking all together even in extra time. And the difference in the camps at the break before extra time was very noticable, reynella were pumped and COVE didnt seem to be. It was clear they would win at that stage.

Well done to the Wineflys on the weekend, awesome effort. Not sure whats going on out there though, was speaking with an injured A grade player on the sidelines and he was bagging the big ruckman who played a great game. It wasn't an attack on his footy but more a personal attack on his personality and character. This wasn't confined to the opinion of one person it was echoed by several other players standing on the sidelines. Could it be a bit of jealousy as to the amount of money the big fella is getting paid... I dunno.

Well done to the Wineflys on the weekend, awesome effort. I was at the pub last saturday night when I entered into some conversation with a couple of wineflys. Understandably they were a little disappointed in losing to Morphett Vale but what shocked me the most was the amount of in house bickering between players that still seems to remain at Reynella. I was of the opinion Early was on top of all that crap but obviously not. Of one player who they stated was a good recruit this year as a ruckman to the club but most the senior playing list thought of him as highly unlikeable (I won't use the words they described him as). It surprised me at first but they then went on to bag a few others as well as the committee. I think its gonna take Early a few years to get rid of that negative culture at Reynella if he does at all.

If we must play the Grand Final at South Adelaide, how come we don't use our best two ovals for the Prelims ?
Noarlunga is the best Finals venue by a street. Finishing its programme by Semi week is a joke

The main issue with Noarlunga is it is not fully fenced, can park next to the entrance gate and walk through the park

What do our player fees actually pay for? Considering we still are supposed to fork out to enter the ground for our games each week I don't see the value in paying so much to the league!

The SFL pays for all match balls and umpires during finals and clubs also pay lower affiliation fees then most other leagues in the State. It is finals Gate Takings that funds most of this so you are actually putting the money back into your club indirectly.

Anyway, big week this week and another year that there's been a surprise Prelim Finalist. However, can't see the Valley's going any further. Masssive de ja vu in the other prelim. 3rd year in a row that the Bombers meet Reynella at Bice Oval in a do or die final. Too close to call.

What about last Saturday at the Valley. Great day and seemed to justify the SFL decision to play the 3 GF's on the Saturday afternoon/evening. Surely best crowd ever for a C grade GF and great that the juniors got to play in front of a big crowd.

Good to see the young Bomber C grade (exception of a few) beat the Emu geriatrics. I thought I saw the canvas and shotgun come out after the game to put down a few of the Emu old boys, with the Mexican first in line. And good on that "thug" Godwin for winning the medal. All that talk about him last week just scared the Emu's away. No-one went near him. And when Hayford did, it was like shooing flies away.

Careful DTH, the Emu boys obviously upset the footy gods with comments about Godwin...you dont want to do the same to your seniors by slagging off other clubs and players, all over a c grade win...

I guess the same thing is being said... a bit of a concern I think. I'm only saying what was said on the weekend. I won't name players but they are of the senior variety. I know everyone can't like everyone but the big fella has some pretty large knives in his back... ouch.
