Yeah he's back at Port.

Well now, the way Port are travelling, this time next week after the votes are cast, he might be available to the highest bidder 'cause the word on the street is that Port won't get enough votes in their favour.
North, Norwood,Centrals & WWT have already shown their hand I believe so that leaves the powerhouse clubs, South, Sturt & Westies to make the call.

Ace you keep forgeting the 10th vote could be the kicker - the community football board have a vote like all the SANFL clubs

We are getting away from Adelaide Plains forum news here I know but can someone enlighten me as to what is happening at Port Magpies with regard to the "vote' please mate. (Up here in the country we dont get the news as it happens sometimes.I heard the other day that Woodville and West Torrens are even thinking of merging ;) )
I thought there was a proposed merger with Port Power and that it would be pretty well accepted by the clubs. Is that what the vote is about? If it doesnt get through, surely the Magpies would be bailed out by the SANFL to remain viable for at least 2010. A mate of mine is on the Magpies board and he told me the SANFL provide each of the clubs with a kitty each year and that they needed 2010s coin to pay players for 2009 and that there wouldnt be much left for this years payments! It appears the Magpies have asked plenty of discards out to training perhaps to lighten payment budget and gain lads who are more experienced and motivated to have a crack for the right reasons.

Kicker what?....................................Kicker out!
Ah yes, the CFB gets to vote, now that's a bit like feeding strawberries to pigs.
Must say there are plenty of clubs out there who are very wary of the CFB and their agenda, I wonder why that might be?

Heard a strong suggestion recently that Lee Allmond will not be resuming for the Roosters in 2010. Jumbo, is this fact?

If so how do you see your clubs depth given that Where's Wally is on the open road chasing coin and Ned Seccafan will more than likely play reserves footy in town?
