You could do what Aceman does and not put a local club - nobody has any idea what club he comes from

Anyone got anything to add to this???

Geez sounds like he's a terrible bloke allowing his employees to choose what they want do and where they want to do it on with their own time

Travelling to Alice Springs as you have has not made you any more observant Jimmy, I have North Adelaide & Adelaide and don't get confused about either of them, nor do I get queried by the police on my drinking habits/behaviour pre Xmas at a certain NE hotel.![]()

I'm not sure you blokes are in tune with the story. The Ex coach and 1 other guy have employed approx half the Moonta A grade for the last few years to keep them at the club, which might have something to do with the salary cap.
The ex coach, Mr Zwar no longer in the job has told these guys to go play anywhere, and I think that's not quite the right thing to do by the Moonta footy club, in fact, pretty poor form on his part..
It's more commonly referred to as the "principle of the matter"

I guess thats what happens when you recruit players all from the same source. When one leaves they all leave. If Moonta ran the risk of having half their side employed by the same employer then I would say they would have nobody to blame but themselves. If they have treated the players well they will stay. If not they will go. It ain't Rocket Science!

Ok, my apologies, so the bloke has gone out of his way to employ footballers to play at the club for the past few years at a cost to him, and now its poor form for the poor bloke to advise his workers he wont sack them and take food off their family’s tables if they chose to play at another club now that he isn’t coach? Pretty poor form on your behalf if you ask me! Perhaps he’d rather keep his employees happy than have them quit their jobs just because it comes with a clause to play for a club they obviously have no tie too. Why doesn’t the new coach go and stick his neck out for the club and employ 5 more blokes to mow is lawn or something?
