Word on the street is that Jarred Pink has returned home to the shoe as assistant to Trevor Mitton... Any truth there shoeboy??
At least the hair dryer/straightener and mousse will be back in vogue if true... may need to spend their $$$ on the electricity bill rather than recruits!!

Looks like there could be some improvers this year in the SFL.who looks like moving up the ladder? who looks like dropping down a few rungs on the ladder.
Marion look like they have cashed in on a jackpot on the pokies and brought them selves a have decent side.Tough gig on the coach if not much improvement comes out of Ram land.
Reynella have spent more coin then any other club in the history of the SFL with more then 2-3 players on over $750 a game and a few not to far behind.Could the wineflies finnally win a flag.IMHO i think there a good chance
Emus.will be the team to beat again, but will really have some teams ready to have a crack.Cant tip against the Emus but its only a matter of time till there dominance slides
Bombers will be there again and could be the knock out chance, decided they havin got enough home grown talent and went and spent some nice coin on a few players
Cove,Flaggy, lonsdale, hackham,Aldinga will all finish in about there same position
Morphies Pk from what (MOE) tells me is there struggling for numbers so ill say they will slip down the ladder
Shoes will improve new coach (who can coach) few juniors/old players returning and a few new faces (4 im told)id go out on a limb and say they will make the 8
Valley i havent heard to much about id say they will be OK again (they always around the mark)
Towns look like they will struggle lost a heap of players.Commitee might need to have a good look at themselves, top 4 last year they could be the team on the biggest slide.SAAFL div 2 - SFL top 4 - SFL bottom 8

Excellent post there KFP

Derfintly a bit of expectation of marion to perform with their 2010 draw and all the money spent this year but i think most of that expectation/pressure will be passed on to the contracted players recieving those $$ and rightly so...

With reynella payin 3 lads 750 a game you'd think they should have some dominance this year if these 3 players are anywhere near as good as the paycheck-on top of the team they already have yes no?

Yes, also very interested in how you know how much new recruits are getting paid at the wineys, just coz they pay big money does not mean they are any closer to a flag. Numerous other country clubs can confirm this...
