excellent news .... goes alright I understand

Will be very good for Two Wells I reckon...

Ricky actually played a couple of league games for the Dogs in the mid 2000's and was playing A's up at Gaza the last few years...

An Eastern Park boy originally...

Great pick up by Two Wells. A ex league/ saafl div 1 footballer is perfect for the young rooster side. What position does Butler play

I believe he is an on-baller - but not 100% sure.

Will fit nicely into the Two Wells midfield. Now they just need to sign a forward to replace Wally Hand and it could be the year of the rooster

Makes sense his Girlfriend who he pretty much lives with, lives in Two Wells, so it will only be a small drive to training and so forth. Will be very handy has been keeping fit in the off season at the Northside boxing club and has his head switched on again finally.

Interesting..........................................while it would make sense for Ricky to play at Two Wells, my understanding is he won't be playing there and may not be even playing football at all due to other interests, so this appears to just be another rumour.

christofis is a massive pick up for the APFL. know him personally through his previous work as a mechanic. i alos played against in a final for ttg when he played for seaton - it was belting down with rain and absolutely dominated that day. maybe lazy but if they can get him going he will certainly do some damage!!
I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that I don't know the answer.

You beat me to it NM! How about with a "heart like a split pea!"
You want to hope it doesn't get too tough, he can run much, much faster backwards than forwards.

The rain obviously brought every other player back to his pace, quite slow! ;) What will it take to "get him going"?

sorry ace i should've worded it better. as you would know a tall player in the wet normally would struggle but he played like it a dry day - kicked 5 or 6. if the rumours are true about his pay then i think that might be enough motivation!

I heard on the weekend that the Shaun and Brett Price from Hummocks won't be returning this year as they live down South.

Shaun would be a big loss I would have thought, and losing Brett will test some depth!

If the money is what I understand to be as was offered by Barmera, it's overpriced to buggery!
