Yeah im a tad confused to whats going on aswell. Anyway i think all talk should be on the match of the year this week, the C grade battle between the redcaps and the Gaters. Looking forward to hearing the result of this blockbuster

Havng chatted to a few people, Gate C's may not be too depleted, a couple of lads come in that will be handy, dunno who we lose to the Ashes as yet.
Who cares anyway, just hope the rain stays away.

GTS

any relation to s semmens from SCIB?

Will be in the Chappell Stand like the poof that I am - out of the sun and too lazy to stand up all day. And definately off the turps - can't risk another display like fri night!

Still, thanks to the past test player who sent his tickets my way! What a champion!

Ooh, no GTS or PS. Hopefully Nottage and Smith can cover that.
Enjoy the cricket you Ashes b@stards!! Jealous as sh#t.
BCC - you should have confused KP by yelling: "I'm excited!"...he probably wouldn't get it.

Just goin on Saturday with the old man to keep me under control. I can't drink at the cricket cos I get too losse and just get kicked out!

Plus, cant afford too many beers after last friday.

Still, if there's rain as predicted, I may have to dip into the credit card to provide some entertainment.

BCC - nice spot up. KP's missus is hot. Pity she's engaged to a cocky, pommy wanker who thinks his sh!t doesn't stink! (Hang on, except for the pommy bit, I just described myself...sh!t!)

he certainly is a cocky lad. saw him in the practice nets on the sunday vs redbacks treckin around just in a towel. i gave him a similar opening line. gave him a bit of 'show us your towel kev you tool' provoked a similar response aswell. he gave nothing like he will tomorrow.

DA, whos this ex-test player? and NO hes absolutly not related to s.semmens (your best mate). p.semmens is close to the best bat going round the hills, but he's done all the hard yards playing A grade district for years and just steps up for C's now. won the C's assoc. batting last year and prob the year before. good friend of pikls.

JQ, are you headin to training tonight if so can you bring my camera, thatd be swell. by the way hows the ear big fella??

Just saw Big Kev grabbing a feed in the city.
I was tempted to tell him that 'salmon' shirts with popped collars are OUT here in Oz, cos obviously that sh#t still flies in the UK.
But I let it slide. Hope he enjoyed the spud.
GTS - will do.
And the ear is healing well thanks. Just pumped that I didn't get stitches. Glue is a gold idea!

Well Silky the Gators got up easily apparently. Bowled Wistow out for a cheeky 130, then knocked them off by 7 wickets.

Spoke with a player from woodside today and they were beaten At Langhorn Creek by5 wickets in the other courier cup game. They were bowled out 150 or so and they got it easily. Apparently Dave Wescome smashed them everywhere made 50 odd.
Aldgate vs Langhorne Creek then i assume. Who are the other 2 teams left?

I Hope you are taking the piss Dutchy when you say Dunbar and Skye Yuill should be in the squad.

A couple suprises i think one Jaensch in the squad?? What has he done he has played 1 A Grade game in the hills.

Other suprises to miss out Smith from Aldgate and Tonkin from Meadows.
