Or they run all day but only get 11 possies if andrew jarman sort this as a indercator then he wouldnt have even played SANFl let alone AFL no coach cares how far or how long its about getting 30 possies and their effectiveness in a team enviroment scrap GPS it give you nothing but bragging rights for fit players not good players.

So, so true. Love the Jarman addage. GPS, pfft.

Beat the whites of eggs with a pinch of salt until stiff...Continue beating, gradually adding sugar, vinegar and vanilla, until of thick consistency.

Yep a draw with Reynella and Brighton! after siren Brighton required a point from the 50 and the kicked went out on the full.

Clean sweep at Porties
14 win by 10 goals
16 win by 15 goals
18 win by 30 goals
B win by 15 goals
A win by 5 goals

Great start by the Shoes but only round 1
How is the lad from Porties who required to be rushed to hospital with ambo having to go on oval and game stoppped for 25 min. I hope he is well and has a speedy recovery.

Not usually that bad hey but I can't say I have ever seen an umpire change a game from 2 goals up to two goals down in the space of the final 5 mins off their own back before tho. Lucky it was a trial

I gota say the umpiring was fair the crowd has to remember that the umpire has a split decision to make a dicision and what the crowd can see the umire may not be able to due to the umpire being on the other side

freshy thats the most dissapointing thing a lot of the time the umpire was way out of position there for seeing the wrong side of the contest and then when they were in the right spot they got it totaly wrong ..Listen i am not one to usually pot umpires but as i said before if your league has to put up with that year in year out it would be very frustrating .

there were a few that reached the goal line but none that looked as dodgey as some of the field umpires calls  i would think if there were any complaints they wouldnt have been with the goal umpires

AFL Flyer, what was the other draw at Noarlunga ? So far we've only heard about the A's drawing. And the web says the B's was an easy win to the Bombers.

Good to see the umpires read the forum as someone who was for either team on the ground or off could see that the umpires changed the game. As I said tho it was a trial so it doesn't matter was a good hitout for both teams and we didn't get moving till after half time so shouldn't have been in that situation in the first place. Guess umpires need a blow out also.
