I've just found "The News" Friday October 3, 1986, and Football Times Grand Final edition for North Adelaide V Glenelg 1987.

Michael Armfield named on interchange for North Adelaide.
Guernsey #16. Age 27, Height 184, weight 84, Finals 6.
I'm not sure if he played after that final so help please from the "official stats guys"

Michael Armfield played 1979-81 for Glenelg, 40 games for 1 goal
Michael Lunnis played 1979-83 played 64 games for 96 goals
