Only heard something about that today. I wonder how it works if he was there first. Whats the latest with Klemm and Harvey ?

Should be ok, unless he plays on the grandstand wing at either Tanunda or Freeling.
Klemm - Do you know anyone interested in milking cows on a Sunday morning? if so he may then be a chance to play.
Diddles - Haven't seen him at the club for some weeks, fingers crossed for a return in the second half of the year.

Freeling will play Barmera on their home deck.
A Grade game (4 qtrs)
B Grade game (4 qtrs)
Not sure about Under 17's.

Interesting to see if Greenwood has a run before the start of the season, rumour has it he hasn't played in either of the first two trial games.

Justin Trewen heading to the Southern Saints in the NEFL. No go at getting cleared to Freeling from the Nuri Tigers

Yeah pretty poor outcome when the bloke hasnt been a local to Nuri for a few years but thats what happens when you have a dictator running the show. Karma will come you see. How many Nuri players have changed clubs this season has to tell you something doesnt it. Anyway no sour grapes they probably done trewin a favour he will be a great asset to the Saints.

how many BL&G clubs can honestly say they would have cleared Trewen to Freeling with the current rules giving so much power to the club that holds his clearance, meaning they dont really have to clear him if they dont want to? is Nuri the only club in the comp that lacks good will?

i dont think anything can be read into how many players have left Nuri this preseason 3rd umpire. Of those "key outs" listed in the Teakles article only two can probably be put down to disenchantment with coach/club, Shayne Collins and Tom Kowald. Shayne Collins left because he couldnt get an A grade game and for a fella that loves his footy as much as he does it was probably the only choice he had if he wanted to play senior footy. Tom Kowald was mostly b grade but probably felt he should have played more A grade. He will be a quality footballer long term, however for a fella of his dimensions he struggled to have any impact when playing a grade. His stint in town should give him confidence and hopefully he returns a better player. Sean Hobbs isnt going to cairns and is just a great example of the level research Teakle puts into his articles. Ryan Foulis left because he was living 2 hrs away from Nuri and only 1/2 an hr away from his foundation club. Dean Vickery actually has a very close relationship with Stafford but is a loose kid and is very impressionable, particularly with $$$ on offer. However hopefully the move to Eudunda will help him pull it together.

Kellet was an import. And Barossa would have cleared him to anyone just to get him off their books considering his final moments with the club.

Teakle also had Mc Millan as an out at Freeling and he was training last night. Maybe Teakle should do his top 15 players at Angaston next week. Oh sorry he already did that !
