what is a permit player?
i thought a permit player was someone who wants to stay down in U14 or U17 an extra year.

If we were in the AFL, United's club president would be holding a press conference this afternoon telling us that the coach has the full, unqualified support of the board... It must be getting close to that?

Maybe that press conference will wait until after next week's game v Roosters. The spot might be booked for whoever loses that one.
