Got rear ended on the way home last night.

Tow ball got bent up into the bumper, but no other damage. Still drive-able. The other kids Subaru wasn't too bad either. Number plate 20m down the road, but just a couple of dings and scraps on the front bumper.

Exchanged details, shook hands.

This morning, I realised his number plate wasn't in the photos I took of the front, so sent him a text.

He comes back with "Your car must've already been damaged, because yadda yadda wank wank...."

He also asked me to postpone reporting it because he didn't know if he'd paid his insurance.

Turns out he's covered. Good try though.

Anyway we exchanged details and she rang me later that day saying she got a quote from a friend panel beater and wanted $1000 cash to sort it out. I said nah I am going through insurance and about to lodge a police report for my insurance company. 2 minutes later she rings back in tears asking me not to do that as she is unlicensed! I never heard from her again after she hung up...
