There is stats being released all the time that have either Sydney or Perth as Australia's most expensive City is say they are on par but Perth is getting far more expensive by the day....

Fwiw the stats released last week also showed Melbourne as more expensive than Perth.... I think that alone shows how mis-informed the researchers are....

Lamb
Laverde (who is a long shot)
Weller
Cockatoo
Heeney

Then our 35 pick would be used on a project KPP and then after that will be the best available player(s).

Heeney is academy listed for GWS i reckon

Heeney is Sydney Pick 18.
I reckon Collingwood will go Laverde.

wouldv'e gone top 3 otherwise.

Again not a bad player, likely got pushed out by the inclusions of Clark and Stanley

Different players, but Mitch Brown has more upside than Taylor Hunt
Matty Wade is a star and deserves more respect from the forum family!

A few list changes at Port today.

Stevenson delisted
Logan delisted but will be rookie listed
Newton declined a new contract and will go in the draft.
Ah Chee signed a new contract
I'm gonna break my rusty cage and run

Excuse my scepticism, but isn't delisting then rookie listing Logan a way for Port to keep him playing in their SANFL side, therefore bypassing the trading rules imposed by the SANFL?
Dunno, I’m just an idiot.
