Toddy didn't get a gig last week unfortunately and wasn't in the side this weekend
but we actually had a late out in b grade which means one had to come back in
but coz it was after teams were announced last night not sure who came back in.

DOMS...
Not sure it really belongs here because it is quite painful but I do rate the fact that I know it was a tough workout! Just gotta recover so I can kill myself again!!!
