Roo's comments just confirms (if you needed confirmation) how far away the board is from its fan base. What also struck me is that they are going to do and internal and external review and THEN make appropriate changes, just watch the review finish in December now. Why couldn't they start the review a month ago? Would have been the perfect time for someone external to review the operations while it is all happening and players weren't in Vegas.
