Seriously, Schofield a week for someone dead set flopping. Wow.
Even more surprising, Viney incident on Hurn thrown out.
Houli will get 3 down to 2.

Really? Wow. Take the blinkers off mate.

Considering this got 4 matches before they really started looking after the players head.

He Didn't even touch it.
Under the ratings it's Careless, to the head, with force. But it doesn't constitute the penalty that those ratings have attached.
It's a fine at least.

Will Schofield is going to the tribunal to contest his ban. Was graded as intentional and low impact to the head, so it will be interesting to see how that plays out.

Bachar Houli arguing his hit on Lamb was reckless, not intentional. If he succeeds he will only get 2 weeks.

3 games reduced to 2 for deliberate, high and high impact...very lucky

So the whole thing was a waste of time?
If it hadn't of gone to the tribunal he would of got 3 down to 2.
The panel only took 5 minutes to deliberate on it and decided it was intentional and recommended a minimum of 3 weeks and yet they go against their recommendations and give 2 weeks lol.
Sounds pretty pointless

Yep, they played the race card.

From Aly, via Michael Tovey: "He does this in the face of racial abuse, which Aly has seen time and time again."
Michael Tovey referred to support from Aly, talking about Houli's "humility and his gentleness".

Michael Tovey referring to words from Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull supporting Houli and his role as an AFL multicultural ambassador

Lmao .. So much of the AFL these days is make it up as we go along.

Surely Schofield gets off now, can't have them both receiving the same penalty

So, every player who holds onto an opponent should get suspended or fined? Your happy for blokes to knock out their opponent if they hold on?

If someone holds onto you your natural reaction is to swing your arm to get away from it. Its against the rules and if people learn to stop doing it after a couple of knocks to the chops because the umpires are too useless to pay it then so be it. Fix the cause, not the reaction.
