Work supplied soup day today, well for gold coin donation to a charity. I'll let you know how it is on Tuesday when it cools down enough to try it.

Thought Id relive my childhood and have Sardines on toast, now I remember why I haven't had them for 30 years..

I remembered later we used to have them with homemade chutney and I reckon it was the chutney that was they hero of the feed.

The girls from sales, customer service and myself have "Cold Roll Friday".

For ages we've been getting them from NNQ @ Cheltenham, last week we were told to try Roll'n On Bower @ Semaphore Park............absolutely next level.

Metwurst, cheese, tomato, cucumber, red onion and mushroom sandwich (wholemeal BD bread) with mayo and cracked black pepper x 2
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!
